Tremough Student Residences

Falmouth, Cornwall, UK.

This scheme, providing 680 student bedrooms in a series of 7-bedroom cluster flats with associated facilities (caretaker's flat, surf-board storage, launderettes etc), was built on a steeply sloping site.  While structurally challenging, this allowed high and low level access into the four and five storey building blocks, achieving a high density of development.
