A sense of civic scale and grandeur to this city centre student accommodation on the site of a former bank.

5 Stories of student bedrooms in a prominent Southampton centre city site with commercial spaces at street level. The demolition of the existing building retained the existing basements and bank vaults which were incorporated into the development, whilst the metframe construction allowed a swift build. Ensuite pods were procured to ensure the client could be assured of the quality which was a key driver for the project. The project was delivered on time and on budget. Delivered through a design & build route achieving a BREEAM “Excellent” rating.
