Penvose Student Village

A new student village masterplan near to the Combined Universities of Cornwall, Penryn Campus.

This planning application proposed 1000 study bedrooms in detached blocks with supporting sport, retail, academic spaces and parking. The scheme also proposed a park & ride facility to encourage sustainable forms of transport and reduced car use. The whole scheme was designed to be in sympathy with its rural location utilising locally inspired materials and design language. The residential elements of the scheme sit in a parkland setting, following the sloping typography of the site.
