Library for Cornwall.
A new archive, preservation workshops, library, public exhibition areas, and café for the Library of Cornwall. The remains of the listed brewery building and chimney were retained, renovated and incorporated sensitively alongside the new build elements of the main archive facility. New interventions into the historic building fabric helped emphasis retained heritage assets whilst providing a modern and exciting state of the art development.
