Development of a shopping village and related amenities, comprising both new-build and refurbishment of existing farm buildings.  Grainge Architects developed concepts for the buildings and landscape, also for the branding of this centre which as well as offering ‘home-grown’ and local products incorporates individual retailers such as Fired Earth, Orange Tree, Cotswold Leisure and numerous other high-end retail outlets.
