A new 4 storey building in the centre of Exeter, containing retail at ground floor and student accommodation above. The massing of the scheme was developed following extensive consultation with Historic England and Exeter City Council's Heritage Officer to address the historic streetscape of narrow building frontages stepping down Fore Street.
