Chagford School

A vibrant new school within the boundary of Dartmoor National Park.

Chagford CofE Primary School was designed and delivered in conjunction with Kier as part of the Priority Schools Building Programme (PSBP) Devon Batch. Working with the selected framework contractors, Grainge Architects carried out initial design, secured planning permission and then supported the contractors through construction, ultimately seeing the project through to completion. The final results is a school that provide efficient spatial use to current government design standards, sustainable design credentials and improved build quality, all alongside controlled procurement costs under the umbrella of the government PSBP framework.
