Grainge Architects retail portfolio has continued to grow with a number of local retail and shop-fit projects including the highly successful Darts Farm shopping village. We have assisted another one of our local clients, ‘Stormfront Retail Ltd‘on their national expansion programme. From their head office on Exeter, Devon, Stormfront has expanded their retail arm that began with their first store in Plymouth selling Apple computers and accessories. Since then their success has been impressive and they have now grown into the largest UK Premium Apple reseller. Grainge architect’s have provided all necessary drawings, design and support to the varied shop-fit works meeting building regulations, and gaining approvals whilst meeting statutory requirements. To date Grainge Architects collaboration with Stormfront has seen numerous stores opened around the country including:
Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, Canterbury, Kent, Carlisle, Cumbria, Dundee, Durham, Inverness, Lincoln, Maidstone, Newbury, Plymouth, Romford, Salisbury, Truro, Wimbledon, Windsor, & York.
The stores have been in a variety of locations from high street stores, conservation areas, listed buildings, private shopping developments and indoor shopping centres. The strong brand image of Apple has ensured the shops all conform to the same themes of style, spatial organisation, shop front presence and interior design.
