Wolborough Hill is a flagship development of 27 residential units on the outskirts of Newton Abbot. In keeping with the character of the area, the development was low-density and comprised primarily of detached 3-5 bed homes with large plots. The houses were bespoke-designed with the architectural forms and material choices inspired by the Arts and Crafts style of the surrounding area.
