A new build 2FE Church of England primary school and nursery, located within the Seabrook Orchards residential development of 700 new homes. The school sits adjacent to the proposed community square, creating an opportunity for combined community focus based around the school.

The design provides extensive landscaping of the school site, including a habitat area, orchard, infant play areas and school playing field.
