A design-and-build development of an earlier design, this five-storey development comprises a new 127-bedroom Travel Lodge hotel, retail units, café/restaurant and gymnasium. The building is steel-framed with metal studwork in-fill construction.  Bedrooms are provided as modular pods, giving efficiency and speed of construction, high levels of quality control and economies of scale.
