Sensitive refurbishment of a listed building in Ottery St Mary, Devon.
The Priory has a long history dating back to the 18th century, and had previously been used as an Elderly Care Home and Police Station. The works provided eight high quality apartments, perfect for modern living, providing contemporary homes for the town and parish. The refurbishment of the Grade II listed building was respectful and sensitive, matching the existing fabric where possible.
