Strongman's Yard

Falmouth, Cornwall, UK.

A student housing scheme located in a quarry on the site of the old Falmouth coach works. Three- and four-bed cluster flats, as well as single occupant studios, provide a total of 134 bedrooms. The three blocks of accommodation range from two to six storeys in height in order to complement the topography of the site. 

The scheme was won at Appeal, the DoE planning inspector over-ruling the decision of the local planning committee to refuse the scheme. This project is one of five similar student housing schemes for which we have achieved planning approval.
