Refurbishment of three existing floors of largely student bedrooms and their conversion to teaching and office space, plus new extensions and the addition of an extra storey.  This additional office space allows the relocation of staff from elsewhere on campus as part of a master-plan by Grainge Architects for this already heavily developed campus.
