Quintdown Business Park

Quintrell Downs, Cornwall, UK.

This building, together with road and other services infrastructures, is the first phase of a new Business Park development to provide high quality, accessible business units in varying sizes - helping both existing expanding companies in Cornwall and also new and incoming businesses – meeting a great need for this area of North Cornwall.  

Units are flexible, both practically (allowing additional fit-out and potentially first floor accommodation, and possible pairing to create larger units) and in tenure (available for lease or straightforward purchase). The project has been designed and is constructed to achieve a BREEAM‘Excellent’ standard.
