The key to this new office and community policing unit was its robustness and flexibility. The building’s ability to respond to the ever-changing needs of the Police whilst maintaining their aspirations for high quality design and specification has led to positive feedback from the client and a similar design approach on subsequent commissions. A BREEAM "Excellent" rating was achieved.
