Fire Station & Cadets Base

Crediton, Devon, UK.

A re-provision within a single building of up-to-date fire station plus facilities for the Wessex Reserve Forces and Cadets Association (including cadets training area, admin and a rifle range) who owned the site.  The fire station itself accommodates two fire appliances and associated muster, admin and service areas. 

The fire station replaces an outdated station previously located in what is now the new Crediton Town Square (ref Community Projects).  Training facilities are shared with the WRFCA, and a training tower is also provided. The WRFCA rifle range, running the length of the building at upper level, dictated the size of the building.
