A two-storey extension to Exeter College Sports Centre providing a new dance studio, gym and classrooms.  The tightly constrained site required careful analysis to ensure that its potential was optimised and the objectives achieved.  Natural daylighting is maximised to the performance spaces ensuring an inpiring and uplifting environment for the dancers.
