Riversmeet house, Topsham

Riversmeet is part of a large Grade II listed house set on a promontory with views down the Exe Estuary.  The works involve extensive remodelling and refurbishment of the main property, including an indoor swimming pool, re-instatement of an earlier 'widow's tower', new first-floor conservatory and entrance, plus the re-instatement of what is believed will be the only private boat-house on the Exe.

These very contemporary upgrading works to a listed property have been successfully negotiated through the Planning process.
