A mixed use of shared-ownership housing and shops, involving re-provision of existing public car-parking, this development uses traditional construction methods in a neo-vernacular style, set in the Heavitree Conservation Area.

The scheme reinforces the urban high-street frontage by the provision of shops with flats over, and created linkages to further development to the south and improved access to the adjacent public-house.
