Student Residences, Exeter

A consortium of contractor, funders, housing association and design team put together a PFI bid to provide this significant increase in student housing for Exeter University's Streatham Campus.

The master-plan and building design proposals by Grainge Architects established an innovative and extremely efficient modular cluster-flat arrangement which could be reproduced in varying combinations across the campus, capable of achieving some 3000 student bedrooms within the allocated sites.
