Flats at St Aidans, Plymouth

Built in conjunction with a new church, this project was one of a number of schemes where the private developer took on a large church premises - larger than the church's current need and a maintenance liability to the Diocese - and provided the new church in exchange for the site, creating opportunities for low-cost entry-level housing with ready-made community link.

This development provides 24 flats, plus a dispensing pharmacy outlet.
