Richmond Dock Housing, Appledore

This scheme for high-value houses and apartments adjacent to the historic listed dry-dock would enhance the currently derelict site.  While providing prestigious water-side homes enjoying views out over the River Torridge, it also potentially includes a dock-side café/bistro, shop and would extend the existing public realm of Appledore river-front into this important area.

One of two schemes prepared, this offers a range of contemporary light, airy water-side homes.  The alternative, more closely emulating earlier, now demolished ware-house buildings on the site, is featured in our "Conservation" section.
