Town Centre Urban Study, Tiverton

Grainge Architects were employed by the Local Authority Planning / Conservation department to undertake this study to identify and analyse sites within the Conservation Areas having development potential.  This fed into integrated proposals for the urban fabric of the town, identifying opportunities and providing a development brief for potential developers.
