Trevol Business Park, Plymouth

This SWRDA supported project was set up to provide regeneration and business opportunities on a disused site in a disadvantaged area of Plymouth.  Grainge Architects carried out overall master-planning for the site and delivery of the first construction phase.

The buildings achieved BREEAM "Very Good" environmental standard, a number of the factors involving site-wide features significantly impacting on the master-plan, including 'stoney-meadow' (using crushed stone from site demolitions to support attractive low-fertility landscape) as part of a sustainable urban drainage strategy.
